We strive to provide the best digital eBooks and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products, our return and refund policy is tailored to accommodate unique circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for digital eBooks only under specific conditions:
- If the eBook file is defective, damaged, or unreadable.
- If the wrong eBook was delivered.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your eBook to report an issue. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for eBooks mistakenly purchased due to user error unless a valid case is made.
Damaged or Incorrect eBooks
If you receive a damaged or incorrect eBook, please email us at support@magictransferidea.com with the following details:
- A screenshot or description of the issue.
- Your invoice or proof of purchase.
- Your order number.
Once your claim is verified, we will either provide a replacement file or issue a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Refunds are only applicable for eBooks with proven technical issues or errors caused by us.
Steps to Request a Refund:
- Email support@magictransferidea.com with the required details (proof of issue, invoice, and order number).
- Once verified, you will receive confirmation of your refund or a replacement file.
Exchanges
We allow a 1-to-1 exchange if you accidentally ordered the wrong eBook and have not downloaded it. Contact us at support@magictransferidea.com for assistance.
Limitations
- Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for:
- eBooks that have been successfully downloaded and accessed.
- Mistaken purchases without a valid claim of technical error.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be entertained.
Shipping for Physical Items (if applicable)
If you’ve purchased any physical products (e.g., promotional items), you may return them to:
